Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic provisions, project division, construction quality inspection, and construction quality evaluation for the construction quality inspection and evaluation of small-scale water conservancy projects. This standard applies to the construction quality inspection and evaluation of small-scale water conservancy projects, except for small-scale water conservancy hub projects with a dam height of more than 30 m, levee projects of grade 4 and above, small-scale hydropower stations with a total installed capacity of more than 10 MW, and small (1) type water gate projects. The construction quality inspection and evaluation of small-scale water conservancy projects shall comply with this standard, as well as the provisions of relevant national and industry standards currently in force.
