Scope
Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions of "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese cabbage, production environment, land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation, transplanting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and storage, waste disposal, product quality, and production archives. This document applies to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" autumn and winter headed Chinese cabbage. Main technical content: (1) This document stipulates the production process requirements of "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese cabbage, including production environment, seedling cultivation, transplanting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, waste disposal, product quality control, and production archive management. This standard applies to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" autumn and winter headed Chinese cabbage. (2) This document is drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization - Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents". (3) Based on the successful experience and practices of "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese cabbage production, this document stipulates the full process cultivation management requirements from land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation (including variety selection, sowing time, seedling management, and strong seedling specifications), transplanting, field management (including water management, fertilizer application management), harvesting, and waste disposal. For example, in the land preparation and base fertilization section, the fertilizer types and quantities, trenching and ridge construction, and ridge surface requirements are specified; in the seedling cultivation section, the variety types selection, seed quality requirements, suitable sowing time, seedling cultivation methods and their sowing quantities and transplanting temperature, humidity, and water and fertilizer management are specified; in the transplanting (s
