Scope

1.0.1 In order to adapt to the development of ground subsidence monitoring technology using spaceborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR) in power transmission and transformation projects, and to standardize the technical requirements for ground subsidence monitoring using SAR in power transmission and transformation projects, ensuring that the technology is advanced, economically reasonable, reliable in quality, and practical in safety, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to ground subsidence monitoring work in power transmission and transformation projects using SAR technology. 1.0.3 These regulations use mean error as a standard for measuring measurement accuracy, and set the limit of measurement error at twice the mean error. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with the provisions of these regulations, ground subsidence monitoring work using SAR in power transmission and transformation projects shall also comply with the provisions of relevant national standards currently in force.
