Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements for the leak detection system of the boiler pipes in coal-fired power plants, describes the testing and verification methods, and provides requirements for operation, maintenance, and technical documentation. This document is applicable to the leak detection systems of coal-fired boilers with a single-unit capacity of 125MW or above. The leak detection systems of boiler pipes in units with other capacities or of other types can be implemented with reference to this document.
