Scope

This document establishes the general principles of urban color design, provides factors to be considered in urban color design, design content, and outcome content, and serves as a guide for urban color-related work.
This document is applicable to color design and management in urban and rural construction across all spatial areas, and is also applicable to teaching and research in urban color design.
Note 1: "All spatial areas" refers to all spaces within the scope of design work, including ecological control areas, concentrated construction areas, and restricted construction areas, which are delineated by ecological control lines and urban development boundaries.
Note 2: "Urban and rural construction" includes construction activities such as new construction, renovation, and governance in both urban and rural areas.
