This standard specifies the principles, reagents or materials, instrumentation, experimental procedures, data processing, detection limits and quantification limits, recovery rates, and precision for the determination of the content of five bactericides (chlorhexidine, furacilin, diclofenac, chloroxylenol, and aminoguanidine bis (hydroxyethyl sulfate) salt) in toothpaste by high-performance liquid chromatography.
