Main technical content: 4.1 The production environment shall comply with the requirements of NY/T 391; green food products shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 2799; and organic products shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 19630. 4.2 The use of feed inputs shall comply with the requirements of NY/T 471, and the use of veterinary drugs shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 472; green food products shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 2799; and organic products shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 19630. 4.3 The raw materials shall come from non-epidemic areas and be quarantine-approved yellow cattle. 4.4 Slaughter and cutting 4.4.1 The hygiene of slaughter and processing shall comply with the provisions of GB 12694, and the slaughter method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 19477; the cutting method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 27643 4.4.2 The water used for slaughter and processing shall comply with the provisions of GB 5749, and no food additives shall be added. 4.4.3 After slaughter, the carcasses shall be subject to quarantine inspection in accordance with the provisions of NY/T 467, and green food products shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 473. 4.5 Sensory quality shall comply with the requirements of Table 1. 4.6 Quality grade shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 29392. 4.7 Physical and chemical indicators shall comply with the requirements of Table 2. 4.8 Safety indicators (pollutant limit values and veterinary drug residue limits) shall comply with the requirements of Table 3, and other indicators shall comply with the provisions of GB 2762, GB 31650, and relevant announcements from the Ministry of Agriculture; green food products shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 2799; and organic products shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 19630. 4.9 Microbiological indicators shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 2799. 4.10 Net content shall comply with the requirements of the
