Main technical content: 3. Pre-harvest preparation: 3.1 Prepare harvesting tools, including fruit picking shears, fruit picking baskets, fruit boxes, and transportation vehicles. 3.2 Organize harvesting laborers. 3.3 Arrange fruit selection work sites. 4. Harvesting time: Mainly determined by the maturity of the berries. The maturity standard for fresh fruit is: the peduncle is lignified, the fruit surface reaches the inherent color of the variety, the soluble solids content is more than 14%, and the taste is sweet and high in sugar. Harvesting should be carried out on a sunny morning after the dew has dried. 5. Harvesting methods: 5.1 Generally, harvesting is carried out in several stages, with the fruits on the same plant being harvested first. 5.2 During harvesting, hold the fruit bunch with one hand and use the fruit picking shears to cut off the base of the peduncle with the other hand, gently placing it in the fruit picking basket and not overfilling it. 5.3 During harvesting, handle the fruits gently, put them down gently, and transport them gently. 6. Fruit bunch refinement: After harvesting, cut off green grains, small grains, diseased grains, insect-damaged grains, and damaged grains from the fruit bunch in a timely manner. During refinement, handle the fruits gently and avoid scratching the skin with the fruit picking shears or nails. Leave the peduncle at the base, and ensure that the fruit grains are neat and have a beautiful appearance. 7. Fruit storage: Refer to the relevant provisions of NY/T 3026 for implementation.
