Scope

This standard specifies the principles of pathological diagnosis and pathological staging for occupational pneumoconiosis (hereinafter referred to as pneumoconiosis).
This standard applies to the pathological diagnosis of various types of pneumoconiosis specified in the "Classification and Catalogue of Occupational Diseases" issued by the state. This standard is only applicable to autopsy and surgical lobectomy specimens.
