Scope

This document specifies the specific implementation and application methods of the quality evaluation system for the user experience of cloud-based services, including the requirements for obtaining and measuring various indicators, methods for measuring the good user experience of cloud-based services and the poor service quality rate, as well as the requirements for quality satisfaction in the delivery and acceptance phase. It is mainly based on the perspective of cloud-network collaboration, focusing on the user experience influenced by the comprehensive effects of cloud, network, and terminal factors. The user experience related to only one of these factors is not covered by this document.
