T/JAASS 2-2020 Rapid Detection Method for Prochloraz in Vegetables Using Colloidal Gold Technology
T/JAASS 2-2020
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the principles, reagents and equipment, analytical steps, and result determination of the colloidal gold detection method for pendimethalin pesticide residues. This standard is applicable to the rapid detection of pendimethalin pesticide residues in vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, spring cabbage, and mustard greens. Main technical content: Based on the principle of competition in immunoassay, a certain amount of coated antigen is coated in the detection zone, and sheep anti-mouse antibody is coated in the control zone. Through the competitive reaction between the colloidal gold-labeled specific antibody and pendimethalin in the sample and the fixed pendimethalin antigen in the detection zone, the reaction results (color bands appearing on the test strip) in the detection zone and control zone are observed. Then, based on the presence or absence of color bands and the depth of their color, the detection results are determined.
