Scope
This standard specifies the working procedures, work content, scope of work, and requirements for work forms of environmental supervision for power transmission and transformation projects, including conformity with planning approval, ecological and environmental protection, environmental protection, electromagnetic environmental protection, and environmental risk prevention measures. This standard applies to AC power transmission and transformation projects with voltages above 110 kV, and DC power transmission and transformation projects with voltages above ±110 kV. It applies from the signing of the environmental supervision contract to the completion of the environmental protection completion acceptance.
