Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements for the operation and maintenance of power plant desalination systems, including operational preparation, operational management, maintenance and repair, and spare parts management. This document is applicable to the operation and maintenance of reverse osmosis desalination systems and low-temperature multi-effect distillation desalination systems in power plants. Other power plant desalination systems (such as multi-stage flash desalination systems) can refer to this document for use.
