Scope

This document specifies the inspection level, inspection intervals, inspection items, process quality, and testing requirements for the overhaul of axial flow turbine-driven hydroelectric generators. This document is applicable to the overhaul of axial flow turbine-driven hydroelectric generators with a rated capacity of 10MW or more, or with a turbine wheel diameter of 3m or more, and their ancillary equipment. The overhaul of other axial flow turbines can be carried out with reference to this document.
