Scope

This part of GBZ/T 201 sets out the dose control requirements for radiation therapy rooms equipped with electronic linear accelerators (hereinafter referred to as accelerators), as well as methods for dose estimation and detection and evaluation of radiation shielding.
This part is applicable to radiation therapy rooms equipped with accelerators operating at energies below 30 MeV.
This part is not applicable to rooms used for electron beam therapy with accelerators during surgical procedures.
