T/GTSC 001-2019 Green food cucumber production technical operation regulations
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the production conditions for green food cucumber cultivation at the production base of Guantao County Vegetable Service Association, including site selection, crop rotation, seedling cultivation, seedling transplantation, field management, pest and disease control, and product procurement, packaging, and transportation. Main technical content: 1. Temperature management: After seed germination and before the cotyledons flatten, maintain a high temperature and sufficient light in the seedbed. After the cotyledons flatten, reduce the temperature appropriately, with a daytime temperature of 28°C and a nighttime temperature of around 15°C. During cold seasons, when the temperature is too low, appropriate heating can be applied; during hot seasons, when the temperature is too high, appropriate cooling can be implemented. Seven to eight days before transplantation, conduct low-temperature hardening of the seedlings, with a daytime temperature of 20°C and a nighttime temperature of 10-15°C. 2. Fertilization and irrigation management: Watering can be initiated after seed germination to maintain the substrate moist. From the stage of cotyledon unfolding to the two-leaf-one-heart stage, maintain the water content of the substrate at 70%-75% of the maximum water-holding capacity. After the three-leaf-one-heart stage, maintain the water content at 65%-70% of the maximum water-holding capacity. During high-temperature weather, spray more frequently, and during cloudy or low-temperature weather, reduce the frequency and amount of irrigation appropriately. 3. Pest and disease control: - When the first true leaf of the seedlings unfolds, spray 72% Pulik liquid at a dilution of 600 times to prevent sudden collapse disease. During high-temperature seasons when seedling cultivation is carried out, use insect-proof nets and bait boards to prevent pests. 4. Transplantation: 4.1 Preparation for transplantation and soil fertilization: The selection and u
