Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions for the production of mushroom cultivation seeds using liquid strains, the preparation of liquid strains and related technical requirements, the process of cultivation seed production, quality inspection of cultivation seeds, production records and archiving, sample retention, and labeling and packaging transportation. This standard applies to the industrialized production of mushroom cultivation seeds. Main technical content: 1. Requirements 1.1 Technical personnel should have the professional skills required for liquid strain production, including inspectors. 1.2 The production site, plant, and layout shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 528. 1.3 Production facilities and equipment shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 528. High-pressure sterilizers and steam boilers shall comply with the regulations for pressure vessels in GB 150.1–150.4 and be inspected and approved by relevant government departments. 1.4 The overall production process: mother strain → shake flask liquid strain → fermentation tank liquid strain → cultivation seed. 1.5 Quality requirements 1.5.1 The culture medium for mother strain shall use the potato glucose agar medium (PDA) specified in Appendix A.1 or the comprehensive potato glucose agar medium (CPDA) specified in Appendix A.2 of this standard. The liquid strain culture medium shall use an appropriate formula based on the mushroom variety and local raw materials (see Appendix B), and strictly control the initial pH. The cultivation seed culture medium formula shall refer to the common cultivation medium formulas for mother strain and cultivation seed and their applicable varieties specified in Appendix B of the NY/T 528 standard, and the mushroom variety and local raw materials shall be selected for use. 1.5.2 Requirements for mother strain After subculturing the mother strain, samples shall be sampled and subjected to sensory inspection and myce
