This standard stipulates the basic principles of developing a circular economy in the copper smelting industry, the circular industrial chain, the types of recyclable resources, the recycling pathways, and the technologies for practicing circular economy.
This standard applies to the practice of circular economy in copper smelting enterprises that use copper concentrates, crude copper, and waste copper as raw materials.
This standard does not apply to the practice of circular economy in copper smelting enterprises that adopt the direct heap leaching process of copper-bearing ores.
