This document is applicable to the cultivation of Xiangnan navel oranges. Main technical content: 3. Terms and definitions: The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document. 3.1 Xiangnan navel orange: Refers to navel oranges grown in cities such as Yongzhou, Chenzhou, Shaoyang, Huaihua, Hengyang, and Zhuzhou, located between 110°E and 114°E and 25°N and 26.5°N. The main varieties are mid-ripening Navel oranges, covering early and late ripening varieties, in accordance with the provisions of T/XGJXH 0002. 4. Orchard selection and construction shall comply with the provisions of T/XGJXH 0005. 5. Seedling cultivation and planting: 5.1 Seedling cultivation shall comply with the provisions of T/XGJXH 0003. 5.2 Planting 5.2.1 Timing: Container seedlings can be planted all year round; bare-root seedlings are suitable for planting in autumn and spring. 5.2.2 Density: Modern mechanized orchards should adopt a wide-row and dense-planting method, with a row spacing of 4.5m to 6m and a planting spacing of 2.5m to 3.5m. 5.2.3 Methods: Backfill the planting hole and replant the seedlings 4 to 6 months later.
