Scope

This part of GB/T 38984 specifies the principles and methods of object-based object specification based on object attributes, such as their application in data tables, by using predefined and internationally standardized (dictionary) attributes in the IEC 61360 data dictionary. The development of the GB/T 38984 series of standards converts the previous detailed specifications and product descriptions in paper form to support e-commerce, enabling computers to evaluate and manage the described items. This part provides several qualifiers applicable to the life cycle of objects or (dictionary) attributes and other aspects of attributes, which form the basis for the use of other parts of this series of standards.
