Scope: This document specifies the requirements for the "Xiangjiangyuan" loofah in terms of terminology and definitions, production environment, seedling cultivation, land preparation and base fertilization, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, product quality, and production records. This document is applicable to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" loofah. Main technical content: (1) This standard stipulates the requirements for the "Xiangjiangyuan" loofah in terms of terminology and definitions, production environment, land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation, transplanting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting and packaging, storage and transportation, waste disposal, product quality, and production records. (2) The production environment conditions of this document shall comply with T/XJY 1001-2021, "Quality of Production Environment for 'Xiangjiangyuan' Vegetables", and requirements for land selection are also specified. (3) Based on the successful experience and practices of current "Xiangjiangyuan" loofah production, this document stipulates the full-process cultivation and management requirements from production environment, land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation, transplanting (seedling planting), field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and storage, waste disposal, product quality, and production records.
