Scope
This document defines the terms and definitions of the shooting lag, shutter lag, shooting speed, and boot-up time of digital cameras, and describes the corresponding testing and recording methods, including a method of testing using the internal control signals of digital cameras and a method of obtaining time values without disassembling digital cameras. This document is applicable to the measurement of the shooting lag, shutter lag, shooting speed, and boot-up time of shooting modules of digital cameras, mobile phones, and tablets. This document does not involve the measurement of the accuracy and speed of autofocus in low-light environments.
