Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the requirements for raw materials, processing techniques and their control, finished product quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labels, packaging, transportation, and storage for the production of "Shanxi millet". This standard applies to the production and processing of "Shanxi millet". Main technical content: 3. Raw material requirements 3.1 The source should be selected from sorghum grown within the borders of Shanxi Province, and its quality should meet the requirements of T/SXAGS-0001. 3.2 Inspection and acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with GB 2715. 4. Processing technology requirements 4.1 The processing technology used should ensure the normal and stable quality of the product. 4.2 General process requirements 5. Finished product quality requirements 5.1 Processing quality 5.2 Food safety indicators The finished rice shall not use food additives, and the food safety indicators shall comply with the relevant provisions of T/SXAGS-0001. 6. Inspection 6.1 Inspection rules shall be implemented in accordance with T/SXAGS-0001. 6.2 Inspection methods shall be implemented in accordance with T/SXAGS-0001. 6.3 Inspection control Inspectors shall supervise and inspect the entire process from raw material entering the factory to finished products leaving the factory, with a focus on raw material acceptance, semi-finished product inspection, and finished product inspection. 6.4 Record control 6.4.1 All inspection controls shall have original records.
