Main technical content: (1) This document specifies the requirements for the growing environment, land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation, transplanting, greenhouse management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and storage, product quality, waste disposal, and production records for summer-long cultivation of Hunan chili peppers in greenhouses. (2) The environmental conditions of the production area shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 391 *Green Food - Environmental Quality of Production Areas*, and requirements for land selection are also stipulated.
