Basic Information
Scope
Main Technical Content: 1. The environment of the four production sites should meet the requirements of NY/T 391. Select land with flat terrain, rich organic matter and soil nutrients, loose soil, convenient irrigation and drainage, and easy root penetration, such as sandy loam or light loam, with a pH value of 6.0–6.6. Avoid continuous cropping with crops like grasses and legumes, and practice 2–3 years of crop rotation. 2. Cultivation Techniques: - Variety selection: Use disease-resistant, high-quality, high-yielding, and well-approved varieties. Seed quality should meet the requirements of GB 16715.2, with a purity of ≥96.0%, a cleanliness of ≥98.0%, a germination rate of ≥85%, and a moisture content of ≤7.0%. - Sowing schedule: - Spring-summer sowing: Sow from mid-to-late March to early April and harvest after mid-June. - Summer-autumn sowing: Sow from mid-to-late July and harvest from late October to early November. - Tillage and fertilization: Apply 4,000–5,000 kg/667 m² of high-quality composted manure, 10–15 kg/667 m² of diammonium phosphate, 100–150 kg/667 m² of ash, or 10–15 kg/667 m² of potassium sulfate. Deep tillage and plowing improve soil permeability and water retention, enhancing drought and flood resistance. A tillage depth of 30 cm is ideal for mixing soil and fertilizer evenly. - Sowing: - Sowing method: - Broadcast sowing: Spread seeds evenly on the bed and cover with 2–3 cm of fine soil, then compact and water. - Row sowing: Mark two shallow grooves 20 cm apart on the ridge and sow two rows per groove. Cover with 1–1.5 cm of soil after sowing. - Field management: - Thinning and transplanting: Remove weeds during thinning and transplanting. - Irrigation: Keep soil moist during seedling emergence to aid root growth. Water thoroughly after transplanting. During rapid root enlargement, apply sufficient water evenly to avoid over- or under-watering. Stop irrigation one
