Scope: This document specifies the requirements for evaluating the nutritional quality of Xiadong sweet potatoes, including the production environment, cultivation techniques, pest and disease control, harvest and storage, packaging, and transportation, as well as production records. This document applies to Xiadong sweet potatoes. Main Technical Content: 4. Xiadong Sweet Potato Nutritional Quality Evaluation Requirements 4.1 Sensory Indicators: Xiadong sweet potatoes are spindle-shaped, slender, oval, with purple-red skin, bright color, smooth surface, light yellow to orange flesh, soft and sweet with no residue, and a strong sweet potato flavor. 4.2 Physicochemical Indicators: Starch ≥ 15.0%, soluble sugar ≥ 6.0%, crude fiber ≥ 0.8%. 4.3 Pollutant Limit Requirements: Pollutant limits shall comply with relevant national food safety standards such as GB 2762 and relevant regulations. 4.4 Pesticide Residue Limit Requirements: Pesticide residue limits shall comply with relevant national food safety standards such as GB 2763 and relevant regulations. 4.5 Judging Criteria: Xiadong sweet potatoes must meet the above nutritional quality and pollutant and pesticide residue limit standards, and also meet the limit requirements specified in the NY/T 1049 Green Food Industry Standards. 5. Production Environment: Choose a location with sufficient sunlight, good irrigation and drainage conditions, deep soil layers, rich organic matter, and loose loam soil. The production environment shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 391. 6.
