Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements, protection requirements, system technical requirements, and inspection, acceptance, and maintenance requirements for the safety technical prevention systems of regular higher education institutions.
This standard applies to the newly built, reconstructed, and expanded safety technical prevention systems of full-time regular higher education institutions (including private ones, hereinafter collectively referred to as "schools") that are approved in accordance with the national setting standards and approval procedures. Other higher education institutions (schools) may refer to and implement it accordingly.
