This document stipulates the scope of review, review agencies, review content, review procedures, review opinions, and file management requirements for the legality review of administrative normative documents.
This document applies to the legality review of administrative normative documents of all levels of people's governments in Jiangsu Province, working departments under local people's governments at or above the county level, dispatched organs established by local people's governments at or above the county level in accordance with the law, and organizations authorized by laws and regulations to perform public affairs management functions (hereinafter collectively referred to as "enacting units").
