Scope

Main technical content: 1. Threshing: Threshing is carried out using a threshing machine in the threshing field. 2. Primary screening: Set the parameters according to the operating manual of the primary screening machine to remove coarse impurities. 3. Drying: - 8.1 Store the threshed sorghum in a grain silo temporarily. Transport it to the drying area via a belt conveyor and cool it with circulating air. Store it for no more than 3 days. - 8.2 Measure the moisture content initially. The moisture content should be 25%-30%. - 8.3 Drying: - 8.3.1 Use a complete drying facility (net-type heat pump dryer) that meets the requirements of GB/T 28668. - 8.3.2 The drying process should follow the sequence: original grain belt conveyor → cylindrical cleaning sieve → primary vibration cleaning sieve → secondary vibration cleaning sieve → belt conveyor → net-type heat pump dryer → dry grain belt conveyor → bucket elevator → dry grain silo. - 8.3.3 After drying, the moisture content should be ≤13%. 9. Primary screening: - 9.1 Transport the primary-screened products from the dry grain silo to the primary screening area via a mechanical device for sorting by density, inclined sieve, dust removal sieve, and color sorter. - 9.2 Secondary screening: Transport the primary-screened products to the grading sieve, dust removal sieve, and color sorter for further sorting. 10. Packaging: Transport the primary-screened products to the packaging platform for packing. The packaging material should be compact and secure, without spillage or contamination to the sorghum. When using sacks, they should comply with GB/T 24904. 11. Storage: Transport the packaged products to the finished product warehouse for temporary storage. They should be stored in a cool and dry place, not mixed with toxic or harmful items, and stacked at an appropriate height. The warehouse should be kept dry and pest and rodent-free.
