Scope
This document specifies the architecture of the browser-based real-time communication (WebRTC) capability system, and sets out the overall technical requirements for the business capabilities of the components, message flow, and interface protocol binding that need to be supported by the platform for browser-based real-time communication (WebRTC) video communication services. The WebRTC video communication service capabilities defined in this document are applicable to the design and development of smart terminals and application servers in the Internet and mobile Internet business environments.
