Scope

This standard specifies the method for analyzing the chemical composition of low-temperature sulfur tail gas hydrogenation catalysts.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the mass fractions of molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) (10%~13%), cobalt oxide (CoO) (1.5%~3.5%), nickel (Ni) (0.1%~2.0%), calcium (Ca) (0.01%~0.1%), and magnesium (Mg) (0.01%~0.05%) in low-temperature sulfur tail gas hydrogenation catalysts with cobalt and molybdenum as the main active components and alumina or alumina/titanium oxide as the carrier.
