Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the residue levels of α-zearalenone, β-zearalenone, 19-ethynyltestosterone, and epi-19-ethynyltestosterone in milk and milk powder by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
This standard is applicable to the determination and confirmation of the residue levels of α-zearalenone, β-zearalenone, 19-ethynyltestosterone, and epi-19-ethynyltestosterone in milk and milk powder.
The detection limits of this standard method are: 1 μg/kg for α-zearalenone, β-zearalenone, 19-ethynyltestosterone, and epi-19-ethynyltestosterone in milk, and 5 μg/kg for α-zearalenone, β-zearalenone, 19-ethynyltestosterone, and epi-19-ethynyltestosterone in milk powder.
