Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection method for the content of ginsenosides Re, Rg1, Rf, Rb1, Rc, and Rb2 in ginseng.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of ginsenosides Re, Rg1, Rf, Rb1, Rc, and Rb2 in raw ginseng.
The detection limit of the method specified in this standard is 50 mg/kg for ginsenosides Re, Rg1, Rb1, Rc, and Rb2, and 25 mg/kg for ginsenoside Rf.
