Scope

This document specifies the management model, coding objects, object coding rules, functional unit coding rules, clock synchronization rules, and requirements for annotation of video images and text information for the interconnection and interoperability of the highway network image information management system between ministries and provinces. This document is applicable to the construction of the highway network image information management system and the interconnection and interoperability between ministries and provinces. The interconnection and interoperability between provinces and within provinces can also refer to this document for implementation.
