Scope
本文件规定了集成电路（IC）对标准传导电瞬态骚扰的抗扰度测量方法。与受试器件（DUT）运行不同步的骚扰通过耦合网络施加给IC引脚。不管电瞬态骚扰是否在IC规定的工作电压范围之内，本方法都能够得到传导电瞬态骚扰和其引起的IC性能降级之间的相互关系并对其进行分类。
