Scope
This standard specifies the quantitative chemical analysis method for two-component mixtures of polyacrylonitrile fibers (acrylic fibers) and certain modified polyacrylonitrile fibers (acrylonitrile chloride fibers, partial chlorine acrylonitrile fibers). This standard is applicable to two-component mixtures of polyacrylonitrile fibers and modified polyacrylonitrile fibers (for qualitative identification methods, see Appendix A).
