This standard applies to the management of government-invested public parking garages within the boundaries of Shangcheng District, Xiacheng District, Jianggan District, Gonghu District, West Lake District, West Lake Scenic Area, and High-tech Development Zone (Binjiang). Xiaoshan District, Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster Area, Yuhang District, Fuyang District, and Lin'an District may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
