Scope
This standard stipulates the requirements for emission control, management, monitoring, and supervision of volatile organic compounds and odor concentrations in industries such as printing, industrial coating, and chemical fiber manufacturing. Automobile, ship, and aircraft repair industries shall refer to the relevant provisions of industrial coating in this standard for implementation. This standard applies to the emission management of volatile organic compounds and odor concentrations in waste gas from existing and new pollution sources, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the completion of environmental protection acceptance, the management of pollutant discharge permits, and the emission management of volatile organic compounds and odor concentrations after the project goes into operation.
