Scope
This standard specifies the classification and marking of heat storage electric heating devices, general requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This standard applies to heat storage electric heating devices (hereinafter referred to as "devices") that use electricity as a heating source, store heat as an output form, and have a rated working voltage of less than 1 kV and a nominal heat storage electric power of 5 kW or more.
