Scope

This standard specifies the evaluation of the current operational safety status of urban rail transit systems in this city that use dedicated track guidance for operation and have been in formal operation for more than one year. (For each independent urban rail transit line (including extension lines and branch lines), the operational safety evaluation should be conducted every 5 to 8 years if the line has been in passenger trial operation for less than 10 years; and every 3 to 5 years if the line has been in operation for more than 10 years.)
