T/GZCX 027-2024 Technical Specifications for Integrated Fertilization of Prickly Pear with Organic Fertilizer and Water Soluble Fertilizer
T/GZCX 027-2024
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This document specifies the system components, operation methods, and fertilizer application techniques for the integrated application of organic and water-soluble fertilizers in prickly pear fruit trees. This document is applicable to the integrated water-soluble fertilizer application for prickly pear fruit trees; Main technical content: 3.1 Water-soluble fertilizer integration relies on a pressure system (or natural terrain gradient) to combine irrigation and fertilization. The water in the micro-irrigation system is used as a carrier to apply fertilizer during irrigation, ensuring that water and fertilizer are supplied to the crops in an optimized combination for absorption and utilization. 3.2 Fully mature prickly pear fruit trees capable of producing large-scale, high-quality fruit. 4. System components consist of water sources, primary hubs, water distribution and irrigation networks, and drippers. The system design and installation should comply with GB 50288 and GB/T 50485 requirements. 4.1 Water quality should meet GB 5084 standards. 4.2 The primary hub includes pumps, fertilizers, filters, control valves, and meters. 4.2.1 Centrifugal pumps and constant-pressure frequency control devices are used for pumps. The pump model is selected based on pump head, orchard power grid capacity, and water flow rate. 4.2.2 Fully automatic fertilizer applicators are recommended for fertilization and irrigation control. Design, installation, and commissioning are performed by professional water-soluble fertilizer integration technology providers. 4.2.3 Filters use a combination of centrifugal and pleated filters for primary filtration and mesh filters for secondary filtration in the field. Filter sizes are determined based on the total flow of drip irrigation pipes. 4.2.4 Control valves and meters can be installed including valves, water meters, pressure gauges, air valves, check valves, and pressure-reducing valves. 5.
