Scope

This part of DB 3207/T 2002 stipulates the composition and management norms of the villagers' councils in Lianyungang City, as well as the principles, processes, and requirements of deliberation. This part applies to the villagers' councils in rural communities (including agricultural-related communities) within Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. Each village shall formulate specific rules for the deliberation of the villagers' council in accordance with this standard and report them to the local township (street) for filing. The deliberation of the residents' councils in urban communities may be carried out in accordance with this standard for reference.
