GB/Z 43147-2023 Design recommendations for bevel gears

Scope

This document provides application information for bevel gears and hypoid gears, with the geometry, load-carrying capacity, and precision tolerances based on ISO 23509, ISO 10300 (all parts), and ISO 17485, respectively. This document provides information on the application, manufacturing, strength, and efficiency of bevel gears for designers to reference. The term "bevel gear" is used for the design of straight-toothed bevel gears, arc-toothed bevel gears, zero-degree bevel gears, and hypoid gears. If the content in this document only relates to one or more (rather than all) forms, this will be specifically noted. Note: Appendix NA provides various expressions for the classification and terminology of bevel gears. The processing of the target tooth profile described in this document can be carried out using various methods, which are universal and do not imply any specific process. This document is suitable for experienced gear designers who can rely on their knowledge and background to make reasonable choices for the required values. This document is not suitable for general technicians.
