Scope
This document sets out the basic requirements for the coding of infectious diseases reported automatically, and specifies the content of the coding. This document is applicable to regional health information platforms at all levels, and to all types of medical and health institutions at all levels in the operation and maintenance of the automatic reporting function for infectious diseases. It can also be used for statistical analysis and quality evaluation of infectious diseases.
