Scope
This standard specifies the methods for serological and molecular biological detection and identification of the mottle virus of bean pods.
This standard is applicable to the detection and identification of plant propagation materials such as seeds and seedlings of leguminous crops that may carry the virus, as well as to the detection and identification of insect vectors that transmit the virus.
