Scope

This document specifies the quality management system for social fire technical service organizations (hereinafter referred to as "organizations"), including their staff and responsibilities, workplace and equipment management, project review and contract management, technical disclosure and service plans (programs), clients' property and spare parts, operational processes, information management, inspection, evaluation, and improvement, as well as the requirements for evaluation tools. This document is applicable to guiding organizations in establishing and improving their quality management systems and fire safety assessment process control systems, standardizing their quality management activities in fire facility maintenance, inspection, and fire safety assessment (hereinafter referred to as "fire technical services"), and it is also applicable to the supervision of the effective operation of organizations' quality management systems and fire safety assessment process control systems by major stakeholders (regulatory authorities, social units, etc.), as well as the evaluation of the compliance of organizations' quality management systems and fire safety assessment process control systems with relevant standards by certification bodies.
