Scope
This standard specifies that the quarantine identification of Rhizoglyphus spp. mites shall be based on the morphological characteristics of male and female adult mites; it clarifies the methods for on-site quarantine, laboratory isolation and breeding, specimen preparation, and sample preservation of Rhizoglyphus spp. mites.
