Scope
This procedure applies to high-frequency piezoelectric standard vibration tables (hereinafter referred to as high-frequency tables) used for vibration verification and calibration within a frequency range of 0.8 to 50 kHz and an acceleration range of 10 to 20,000 m/s2. It covers the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of these tables. The calibration of high-frequency electric standard vibration tables can be carried out in accordance with this procedure.
