This document stipulates the technical requirements for the planning, design, construction, acceptance, and management of micro-irrigation projects in the Yinghe Irrigation Area. This document is applicable to new, expanded, or modified micro-irrigation projects that use water from the Yellow River as the irrigation source. Other irrigation sources with high sediment content may refer to this document for implementation.
