Scope

This standard specifies the principles, procedures, contents, and basic requirements for the evaluation and control of quality and safety factors of consumer products.
This standard applies to the evaluation and control of quality and safety factors during the life cycle of consumer products, with the aim of guiding the quality and safety management of consumer products based on quality and safety factors.
This standard applies to the evaluation and control of quality and safety factors in scenarios of consumer product quality and safety accidents that may cause personal injury to consumers, but does not include scenarios of consumer product quality and safety accidents that may cause property or environmental losses or damage.
